Yeah, this isn't going to happen unless they dig a second transbay tube, and double track every line in BART. They need the overnight hours to perform system maintenance.

Tim, this is kind of a terrible idea. Who's going to want to walk seven miles across the bay, with no place to stop. The High Line is great because it's part of a city. The Bay Bridge is a way to get from one city to another.

Let's be happy with the bike lanes on the new bay bridge, and leverage sites like this for achievable neighborhood change.
