South Downtown Design and Activation: Workshop 2
In full Halloween spirit, the East Cut Community Benefit District, together with the San Francisco Planning Department, held the second public workshop on October 30th, 2017 to further develop a design and activation plan for the streets, sidewalks, and open spaces of the City’s south downtown area. This workshop provided key project updates in the neighborhood, a pop-up retail experience & discussion, and interactive opportunities to help program open spaces. Here, we gathered more input about how the neighborhood’s streets and sidewalks function and how to make them more enjoyable, safe, and convenient for residents, workers, and visitors.
