We are looking to buy a Tiny home next year but worried abut where to park it. I cant seem to find a park space in Denver. Anyone know a tiny community at least 45-60 mins away from Denver? Would like to rent the space ( few years) until we can afford to buy a lot.
Any suggestion is appreciated!
Thank you all!
To live and own my tiny home is my dream. I live in the Westminster,Co area. Please keep me in the loop. I love the idea of a community for us to park our tiny homes. I am single, kid is grown and out of the house. What do we need to do to get this started?

Join us for our first monthly meet up at our warehouse in Lakewood, CO.
We will be discussing all things tiny house and have a discussion on peoples experiences and perceptions of tiny houses. This will be an opportunity to bring talk with other tiny house dwellers, dreamers and everyone in between.
We will also be discussing the formation of a co-op tiny house community.
Bring your camp chairs or lawn chairs and any questions you need answers to and we'll do our best to answer them!
My company Steelgenix was created in order to supplement innovative and mindful thinkers like yourselves! We build beautiful, sustainable, energy efficient, steel-built tiny homes both on wheels and on foundations, depending on your preference. We are a Denver company and would love to speak to anyone, might that be someone who is just curious about the tiny home industry or someone who is ready to buy. We love to serve our great state of Colorado and would appreciate the opportunity to utilize our homes either for you and your family's personal use or as a tiny home village here in Denver.
Thank you all and I look forward to hearing from you!
I have been actively looking to buy a tiny home by May 2018; no land to park it. I am more of a mountain person hoping for a small plot with great mountain atmosphere but with in one hours drive to south Denver.
I hope this more affordable movement/option becomes the norm. Great chance to min or carbon footprint and allow for a more nomadic/free life style.
Submitted for your perusal: my wishlist for community partners i.e. the family I choose!
Peaceful people who have a handle on their mental health and practice peace, forgiveness and reconciliation continually.
Responsible people who strive to always give more than take, avoid debt like the plague.
Resourceful people who, when possible, create instead of consume. Do we really need it? How much joy will it give us? What (time, connection, values) will it cost us?
Funny people! People who can teach the community a little fire spinning on Tuesdays after our weekly community meal. People who try new things and bring them back home to share. People who inspire service and from time to time invite their neighbors along to trivia or karaoke or this local band's first show (you know the drummer). Stuff like that.
