On Las Vegas Boulevard and Clark.
Every time I pass this building ow.ly/i/NL0p my head fills with ideas. I don't know if it's big enough for a theater though. Anyone knows who owns it or anything about it's history?
Seems like there are things happening with the Huntridge!
Cima Mizrachi says:
" Thank you kindly for your support and excitement! I am so thankful there are so many people who love and support the Huntridge and are happy to know we are working on improving the theater. That being said, I do want to point out that we are currently only planning on using the adjacent building for our new+vintage home decor and furniture store. Options for the theater are still open. We are using our entrepreneurial side to figure out the best use for the space when the time is right. We are in a unique position of knowing what has, and has not worked in the past. We are doing our best to do this the right way so as to give us the best chance for making sure we do not see the Huntridge close once again."
Yeah, $3.3 million from what I heard and they don't seems to be awfully willing to negotiate that price :-(
Can't wait to check those alleys out on a dark night in the near future ;-)
Regarding the Huntridge Theater - I just got an exact amount of what the Mizrachi family demands for it and it's A LOT of millions of dollars, unfortunately. But there are some really bright and driven people working on solving it, no matter how long it takes.
