This tool is designed to provide the community with an overview of best practices and experiences around the country. Key concepts that will be reviewed include: feasibility, system planning, business plan, operations, and health, safety, and social equity related to bike-share.

If Parks and Parkways just clips back tree branches off the trail, and around street lights, there would be a huge improvement. Also, there is Rec Trails federal money that will go to repaving this trail early in 2013.
